Our Opinion on T-Hero Testosterone Booster: Is it Any Good?

Testosterone boosters are a common supplement amongst men. The reason behind this is that higher testosterone levels not only result in you having significant improvements in the gym, but also boost your libido and performance in the bedroom.

Furthermore, research has shown individuals with higher testosterone levels have less stress and mood swings meaning their mental well-being is superior to people with low levels of testosterone.

T-Hero Testosterone Booster claims to offer all the above in a natural, vegan-friendly way. Without any ado let’s take a short overlook of T-Hero’s Pros and Cons.

The Good

  • All natural product
  • Safe dosages of its ingredients
  • Helps with mental well-being
  • Increases sex drive and aids users with erectile dysfunction
  • Available on many sites, as well as stores such as Wallmart

The Bad

  • Most ingredients aren’t researched to extent that would satisfy and convince us of the safety and effectiveness of the product
  • In our opinion not enough ingredients focus on boosting testosterone levels
  • Some users claim the product was effectless on them or had an allergic reaction

Summary:

T-Hero is an all-natural testosterone booster that offers its users a vegan plant-based solution for increasing testosterone levels and enhancing their libido.

This paired with the fact that the product is readily available and isn’t super expensive makes it sound promising. Although this product sounds great on paper, we’ll have to disappoint you.

4 out of 6 ingredients used in T-Hero aren’t researched to a higher extent which results in recommended dosages and the effectiveness of the product being questionable. Another problem is that T Hero isn’t strictly aimed at boosting testosterone, rather branching out to increasing an individual’s libido. So if your main concern is low testosterone specifically, better options can be found elsewhere.

How to Use T-Hero

T-Hero is a supplement in pill form. This means consumption of T-Hero is rather simple. You are supposed to take the pill with a glass of water, once per day.

Ingredients

There are multiple factors to take into consideration when picking the right supplement for you. Unarguably the most important one is the ingredients that a supplement contains.

When looking at the ingredients there are two main factors we focus on. These are:

  • If the ingredients make sense for the product
  • If the dosages are well-balanced

Ashwagandha Extract

Ashwagandha is an herb that offers some really promising benefits. Most notably, it is shown to boost testosterone levels to a certain degree, as well as lowering blood pressure, insomnia, fatigue, the symptoms of depression, and increasing the power output. The dosage of 600mg in T-Hero is good.

Shilajit

Shilajit is a mixture of minerals used traditionally in Ayurveda, with the main bioactive being Fulvic Acid. It can be found naturally in mountain ranges and exerts a number of benefits related to male health.

From the research that has been done on this mineral mix, the main benefits are a 23.5% increase in testosterone found in the tested men, as well as greater sperm quality that is also related to fertility. Another great benefit is that research has shown an increase in superoxide dismutase which results in tissue damage prevention from harmful oxidative stress in your cells.

As for the dosage in T-Hero, it’s perfect when compared to the amounts used in research.

Diindolylmethane

Diindolylmethane (DIM) is found in members of the Brassica family. Most notably broccoli, kale, and cauliflower. This is a great ingredient inclusion in a testosterone booster as it balances out the hormones in your body.

It does so by preventing either drastic increases or decreases in estrogen levels. It can both inhibit the aromatase enzyme (preventing the conversion of testosterone into estrogen) and it can act on more potent forms of estrogen converting them into less potent forms. This conversion results in a reduction of the overall effects of estrogen in the body.

The dosage of 100mg has been shown to result in less estrogenicity.

Boron

Boron is a trace mineral with biological effects such as reducing the levels of inflammatory markers and balancing out testosterone and estrogen levels.

There are other benefits that are claimed to be had from taking Boron, but since they are not that well researched we will steer clear from them.

The optimal dose is currently unknown, but the dosage used in this product is within the range used in the researches.

Black Pepper Extract

Black pepper has the main active ingredient called Piperine, which prevents excessive levels of drugs and supplements in the body. The dosages therefore must be carefully planned as taking too much can hinder some supplements and drugs useless.

You might be wondering why this ingredient is then used in T Hero, as well as many other supplements on the market. The answer is rather simple, Piperine also plays a crucial role in nutrient absorption, and when ingested alongside other supplements it increases their absorption rates.

The dosage is on the lower side which is actually good since we only want to boost absorption, and not get to the point where Piperine starts hindering the supplement useless.

Yohimbine HCL

Even though Yohimbine doesn’t boost testosterone levels it helps you lose weight by burning fat, and not only that, but it is also a natural aphrodisiac that can aid erectile dysfunction.

Yohimbine works by increasing adrenaline levels in the body, as well as inhibiting a regulatory process in fat cells.

Although effective, Yohimbine may cause anxiety, and is banned in Australia actually.

The dosage of 2mg is great news because that is considered on the lower level, and means users shouldn’t expect negative side-effects linked to Yohimbine such as racing heart and elevate blood pressure.

Anything Missing?

After looking at the ingredients for T-Hero, we’ve come to the conclusion that it leaves a lot to be desired. Even though the ingredients should theoretically work, the fact that 3 out of 6 of them aren’t researched enough leaves us wondering if this test booster was more of an experiment.

We would love to see other natural testosterone boosting ingredients that are better researched in place of these ones. These include boron, vitamin D, magnesium, and zinc – all key players in libido enhancement, energy, and T-boosting.

Customer Reviews

User reviews of T Hero seem positive for the most part. That said, some individuals report the product either not working for them or leaving unwanted side effects.

It’s important to take these testimonials with a pinch of salt. You can never know which customer reviews are paid ads, which ones are from bots, and which ones are actually legitimate. Still, it is worth reading other people’s reviews as you’ll get a general idea about the product. The reviews from other people will generally tell you if the product is legit, or a scam!

Side Effects

T Hero is a safe and natural supplement, and the doses of its ingredients are low, so the risk of side effects is minimal.

That said, side effects of this supplement are hard to predict as more research and testing needs to be done on some of the ingredients, but from what we can tell most users shouldn’t have negative reactions to T-Hero.

The only potential red flag is a couple of T-Hero reviews that claim consumption of the product resulted in them getting headaches and milder allergic reactions.

If you have any known allergies it is always best to consult with a medical professional before using a supplement.

Price and Value for Money?

The price for the T-Hero testosterone booster is $39.99. This puts T-Hero in a mid price-range. Considering that T-Hero is missing many important ingredients, we do think better value can be found elsewhere.

Conclusion to T-Hero Review

In our opinion, the Cons outweigh the Pros of T-Hero. Not only does the underresearched ingredient list leave a lot to be desired, the negative reviews are a bit of a concern.

While T-Hero is not the worst of testosterone enhancers by any means, it’s missing a lot from its formula to be called the best. There are definitely more researched men’s health supplements available on the market today.
