RSP Prime-T Testosterone Booster Review (UPDATED)

About RSP Prime-T

If you’re suffering from low testosterone, supplementation is a good way to get back to your peak naturally. A good T booster can make it easier to build muscle and get leaner. It also helps you mentally and makes you more confident. The issue is, there’s a lot of crap out there – finding a good test booster can be harder than it seems.

Today, we’ve got this RSP Prime-T review for you, a high-grade supplement that claims to support your serum testosterone levels, lean muscle mass and libido. In this RSP Prime-T Testosterone Booster review, we’ll break down its ingredients, benefits, side effects and everything else you should know about this particular product, to see how it fares against our current highest rated test boosters.

Prime T is an interesting supplement, to say the least. It contains some high-quality natural ingredients which have the potential to boost testosterone levels, but it comes in the form of low-quality tablets.

You would think that if RSP Prime-T’s creators spent this much time to create a product with high-quality ingredients, they would also pack it all into good-quality capsules or tables. Unfortunately, this is not the case.

Anyways, I’ll talk more about this later…

For now, let’s talk about some of the claims RSP Prime-T’s manufacturers, RSP Nutrition made. They claim RSP Prime-T will give you the following benefits;

  • Naturally Support Serum and Free Testosterone Levels
  • Helps Promote Healthy Estrogen Balance and Prostate Health
  • Facilitates Increases in Lean Muscle and Strength
  • Supports Healthy Sex Drive and Libido

Doesn’t sound over-the top, eh? This is what I actually like about RSP Prime-T, they don’t promise some outrageous stuff like many supplement companies do.

But does this mean this supplement can deliver on its promises, and help you reach your fitness goals? Let’s find out in our RSP Prime-T review!

How to Use RSP Prime-T

With RSP Prime-T, you’ll be taking 4 tablets of the product each night before the bedtime. The supplement has 120 capsules, which means it’ll last you 30 days.

Right off the bat, I can tell RSP Prime-T won’t give you much of an effect. Why? Because it has only 1 daily serving, which simply isn’t enough to keep your testosterone levels elevated throughout the day. At best, you’ll get a short testosterone spike when you take it, and after that – you’re back at the baseline. This basically means that you won’t see much, if any, results in terms of lean muscle gain and losing body fat.

If you’ve read some of my other testosterone booster reviews, you probably already know this…

I can’t stress enough how important it is for a testosterone booster to have at least 3 or 4 servings per day. Any less than that, and it gets really hard for you to get any major results from the supplement.

Ingredients in Prime T

This is where it gets really interesting for the RSP Prime-T supplement. It contains some awesome ingredients which are scientifically backed up to support healthy testosterone levels, and libido.

However, these great ingredients are also accompanied by low quality additives that lessen the overall quality of RSP Prime-T.

One of the main components of RSP Prime-T’s tablets is magnesium stearate, a chemical compound which hinders the bioavailability of other ingredients.

In other words, magnesium stearate makes it harder for your body to absorb some of these awesome ingredients; thus decreasing their effectiveness.

Here are the active ingredients of RSP Prime-T;

Vitamin D

Not necessarily a testosterone booster, but if you’re deficient in this vitamin, it can help you with getting your testosterone levels back to normal. It also comes in a nice dose of 3000 IU (International Units), which is 750% of RDA.

Vitamin B3

This vitamin helps you with energy metabolism, making it even better for a pre-workout than a testosterone booster.

Folate may help you with muscle recovery and growth, but only if you’re deficient in it. Most people who eat a diet containing animal proteins aren’t.

Vitamin B12

Similar to folate, this vitamin can only help you build muscle if you’re deficient in it. Usually, the only demographics who could be deficient in this vitamin are older people and vegans.

Comes in the citrate form, which is a good form of zinc. However, there are more bioavailable forms of zinc available, such as picolinate and aspartate.

D-Aspartic Acid

This is the one I really like. It’s a powerful testosterone regulator, and it can help you temporarily increase your testosterone levels. RSP Prime-T delivers 3200 mg of this ingredient, which is a very good amount. See more about D-Aspartic Acid here:

Fenugreek Extract

When used in conjunction with D-Aspartic Acid, it can help support your testosterone levels. Fenugreek Extract may also enhance your libido, and help with glucose metabolism. More on this ingredient here;

Maca Root Extract

Maca won’t do much for your testosterone, but it’s pretty effective for increasing libido and sex drive. More about Maca here;

DIM (3,3,’-Diindolylmethane)

DIM is a compound found naturally in vegetables such as broccoli and cauliflower. It inhibits aromatase, the enzyme that convers testosterone to estrogen. It’s a good ingredient for balancing testosterone-estrogen ratio. Here’s the link to a more in-depth DIM explanation;

Safed Musli Extract

An herb traditionally used in Indian medicine, it’s used as an aphrodisiac and adaptogen. I’ve also seen claims about this herb being a testosterone booster, but there aren’t any scientific evidences to back this up. More on Safed Musli here;

Boron Citrate

Alongside Zinc and D-Aspartic Acid, this is my favorite ingredient in RSP Prime-T. It is a potent testosterone regulator which works similarly to DIM; balancing the ratio between testosterone and estrogen. Find out more on Boron here;

Bioperine (Black Pepper Extract)

Although Bioperine doesn’t have any testosterone boosting properties, I’m glad to see this ingredient in RSP Prime-T. Why, you ask? Well, think of Bioperine as the opposite of magnesium stearate. Instead of hindering the bioavailability of other ingredients, Bioperine enhances it – so it’s always good to see it in a testosterone booster.

Side Effects of RSP Prime-T

I looked around to see if there are any reported side effects to taking RSP Prime-T, and it seems there aren’t any.

As long as you are over the age of 18, and don’t have any condition, you should have no problems taking RSP Prime-T.

Pros and Cons of  RSP Prime-T

I think RSP Prime-T deserves the credit for some of its awesome ingredients. Such as boron, zinc, and D-Aspartic Acid.

But it also has some major downsides, including too few servings and being made of magnesium stearate and other unnecessary chemicals.

  • Natural Active Ingredients
  • Boron, Zinc, D-Aspartic Acid, and DIM seem to be effective compounds for regulating testosterone
  • Reasonable price (34ish dollars for a 30 days-worth of product)
  • Ingredients like Maca and Fenugreek Extract are great for increasing libido and sex drive

  • Just one serving per day, not enough for keeping the testosterone elevated for longer periods of time.
  • RSP Prime-T tablets are made of some cheap and low-quality fillers like magnesium stearate, stearic acid, and titanium dioxide, just to name a few. Magnesium stearate can greatly decrease the bioavailability of other ingredients.
  • Contains vitamins B12, B3, and folate, which aren’t useful for testosterone and muscle building unless you’re deficient in them. And chances are, you aren’t.

Conclusion to RSP Prime-T

Everything summed up, here’s my conclusion of the RSP Prime-T review;

I’m disappointed to see the potential of this supplement go to waste. Some of the ingredients it has, like boron, zinc, and D-Aspartic acid, are among the best natural testosterone-enhancing compounds out there.

However, given the fact RSP Prime-T contains magnesium stearate, and has only 1 daily serving – it’s effectiveness is questionable, at best.

If I were you, and I wanted to get a great testosterone booster that delivers on its claims, I would definitely check my options before choosing RSP Prime-T.
