Still, in order to stay fit and trim for her photos and modeling shoots, Cindy is aware she needs to visit the gym at least a few times per week to maintain the momentum.

Needless to say, training is just half the job of maintaining a lean and curvy body like Cindy’s. Her diet is like any fitness models’ – full of healthy proteins, veggies, and healthy fats with some condiments and seasonings for flavor.

However, Cindy’s isn’t the biggest fan of ‘hardcore’ strict diets, but rather, prefers a maintainable diet that she can follow all year round. This means healthy food, yes, but also an occasional ‘cheat meal’ without feeling any guilt. This way of dieting allows Cindy to stay toned and lean while also keeping her taste buds happy.

While I agree having a healthy diet will only benefit you that is not what the message is about. Crazy diets are promoted to women by our society and it’s not about being healthy. There is nothing healthy in following a crazy diet for 2 weeks.
